Biography:
Gibbs Milliken was a painter, photographer, naturalist, and a long-time Art Professor at the University of Texas at Austin. He attended Trinity University in San Antonio and went on to receive his Master's Degree from Michigan's Cranbrook Academy of Art. Through his expeditions around the world studying nature and wildlife, he was inspired to create modern interpretations of the traditional botanical study.
