Betty Breidenbach
Born in Chicago and raised in Birmingham, Michigan, Betty Breidenbach was a gifted watercolorist whose work gained national recognition. She studied art at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, developing a refined and expressive style. Her watercolors toured widely across the United States, earning both critical and popular acclaim, and one of her paintings was acquired by the Ford Motor Company for its collection. Breidenbach divided her later years between Port Charlotte and Marco Island, Florida, after a long residence in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.
